What is your Returns Policy?
We want you to be delighted with your purchase but if you are not you can return any item within 14 days of receipt as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. We will be happy to exchange the item for a replacement or to make a refund which will go onto the card which was used when you made your purchase.
Please note that your return postage will not be reimbursed, however L’il Fraser Collection will send the replacement items to you free of charge. If the items requested in exchange are not available we will contact you.
Exchange goods will be sent to you via express post. Please allow up to 7 days for your return to be processed and replacements to be dispatched.
*Please ensure your return meets the following conditions:
- Return must be received by L’il Fraser Collection within 14 days of receiving your order
- Goods must be in their original condition, unused and in original packaging

What if the item is faulty?
We are always very disappointed on the rare occasions our customers receive a faulty item. If you have identified the fault within 14 days of purchase, then you can return the item under our normal return procedure for exchange or refund. Make sure you let us know about the fault so we can make sure other items are not affected. We will refund any postage on a faulty item, and ensure you are reimbursed for standard return postage on the item. If a fault develops outside of the 14 day return period, please contact us on email@example.com before you return the item so we can discuss the fault with you and agree the best way forward. We cannot accept an item returned as faulty if the damage caused to the product is clearly due to wear and tear or misuse.
